Teaching

The courses are mainly taught or, in any case, organised by Professor Sandra Radicchi.

As well as teaching Italian, Sandra Radicchi undertakes studies and research into the relationship between food, territory and tourism and runs courses and conferences on Italian food and wine in Italy and abroad.

After obtaining her Master's degree, she received a MPhil in "Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language" at the University of Warwick, Great Britain.

She has been a Language Teacher at the Università per Stranieri di Siena, where she taught Italian language and culture to foreigners, and is the author of articles and works related to teaching Italian and the topic of food.
